I will not hold Raccoon Lake Storage, it’s employees, or Raccoon Lake Boat Rental responsible for any loss or damage to my storage item/s or personal property during said storage time. Raccoon Lake Storage and Raccoon Lake Boat Rental are not responsible for injuries or accidents of any kind.

I agree to pay the advertised monthly storage fee and am aware that prices may change. Monthly storage is due on the 1st. If I fail my monthly payments, after three (3) months my item will be listed in the local paper as being abandoned and then will be sold.

There will be a late fee charged after 7 days of being late on your payments. 

Please park in your assigned spot. If you want to change spots you must ask us first to see if it's available.  

Raccoon Lake Storage prohibits storage of flammable liquids

STORAGE RENTER NEEDS TO TEXT OR EMAIL WHEN THEY ARE LEAVING FOR GOOD! It MUST be in text or email and not verbally told. If we do not get a written confirmation that you have left your spot and ended your rental spot you WILL continue to get charged. We have to mark your spot as open so we can rent it to someone else, stop the system from continuously charging you, and stop your gate code. Please let us know when you leave. Again- you will be charged for that spot until you have confirmed with us that you have left. Renter is responsible for notifying us and no exceptions.
