Submission Guidelines:
Thought Art Magazine is a bi-annual contemporary arts publication, focusing on contemporary fine art and craft from emerging to established artists around the world. This is a juried arts publication, in which various principals are considered. These include, but are not limited to: originality, technique, use of media, skill-level, and presentation. Guest juror(s) may be announced for each issue.
Accepting all contemporary and fine art genre submissions. Submissions are open internationally. All work must have been completed within the years 2015-2023. Eligible media include, but are not limited to: drawing, painting, photography, mixed media, oil/chalk pastels, block/ink print, pottery/vessels, sculpture, assemblage, digital art, collage, metal work, jewelry design, fiber/textile art, wood work and contemporary craft. If a genre, medium or material you specialize in is not listed, please email thoughtartmagazine@gmail.com to provide specifics about your work. All artist submissions require a non-refundable, non-transferable $20 jury fee for 6 images.
Issues of the magazine are released bi-annually, on the 15th of January and July. Submissions are open year round on a rollng basis. All submissions are carefully reviewed in the order in which they are received. Multiple and simultaneous submissions, as well as previously published work, are welcome as long as the artist(s) hold the copy/publishing rights. Please allow only two applications per 6 months. Jurors are not obligated to select all works submitted for the magazine.

You also agree that any work submitted may be used for promotional purposes. Credit will always be given to the artist. The information you provide will never be shared or sold and is used for contact and file purposes only. Any form not filled out completely and as specified may result in the artist submission will be discarded. Filling out this form alone does not secure or guarantee the artists' publication.
