For your convenience, we offer a fast and simple online check-in that we ask you to complete before your scheduled arrival. Please take the time to fill out all of the required fields so that we can better assist you. As a part of the check-in, we will ask you to input your name, as well as the names of all additional guests that will be staying at the property during the booked dates. We will charge you a $500 refundable security deposit for a Villa or a $100 refundable security deposit for a Cottage. The security deposit will be released 48 hours after your departure if all keys & remotes are returned and if there are no damages to the property and missing items. Once you have completed the online check-in, we will then send you the outstanding check-in details including all access codes and the directions to your vacation home.

Rental Car !!!

The Bahamas Vacation Club is also offering their guests discounted rates for rental cars. The car will be delivered to your vacation home free of charge and will save you time at the airport. Note that the rental agreement can be completed before your arrival. A rental car pick-up the Airport will cause an 8% Airport fee based on the rental price.

I authorize hereby BahamasVacationclub to charge my  credit card with a $250 ($100 for Cottages) refundable security deposit. I also authorize Bahamasvacationclub to charge  my credit card for  all ordered rentals and services during our stay at the vacation home . The guest will get an receipt for every singel order and a final statement will be delivered within 24 hours of their scheduled departure. The guest is asked to review the statement in detail and submit any corrections at least two hours prior to their scheduled departure if necessary. The guest and host hereby agree that the statement will be accepted as final after the guest departs our property. The open amount will be charged during the next 24 hours and the guest hereby agrees to accept the charges and waives the right to dispute them.
