Thank you for donating to Sandlot Goods and Made in KC's Face Mask Initiative. For every $1.50 donated we will produce a double-layer cotton face mask to be distributed to the medical industry, first responders, or other organizations on the front lines of fighting the spread of coronavirus. Our goal is to manufacture 10,000 face masks each week. Your funds are crucial in supporting this effort.

These masks are not a substitute for the very important N95 masks that are running low, but are viewed as an adequate option when N95 masks are unavailable. We have designed them to have the ability to fit over an N95 mask and hopefully prolong the life of these very effective masks. Additionally, for non-medical persons, the CDC now recommends the use of these masks to prohibit the spread of coronavirus among symptomatic and non-symptomatic people alike.

About Our Masks:
We are sewing double-layer cotton masks. The outer layer is a 100% Cotton Ripstop Material that should help prevent shrinkage in the wash. The inner layer is a tightly woven 100% Cotton Muslin. We hope the combination will allow for durability and effectiveness. The goal was to create something that would hold up after repeated washes. This design may change from time to time based upon the availability of supplies.
