I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog OR cat.

Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve will always disclose any behavior issues in an animal that they have witnessed. However, I accept full responsibility for the dog(s)/cat(s) actions at all times, including new aggression or marking, and release Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve from any injuries, liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s)/cat(s). However, I am aware they will supply cleaning materials and training if needed and are able to help in that regard.

I agree to have Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s)/cat(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s)/cat(s) to Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve ano agree to a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s)/cat(s) as long as their removal from the home is to no fault of their own.

RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I confirm that my foster commitment does not result in violation of any municipal codes, homeowner covenants, homeowners/renters insurance, or other such contracts, codes, or agreements within my community; that I am not exceeding the number of animals allowed in my household as stipulated in such contracts, codes, or agreements; and that there are no breed restrictions resulting in my inability to foster a breed of interest to me. If there are breed restrictions within my municipality or community, I agree to comply and foster a dog who does not result in violation of these restrictions; fostering a dog does not invalidate my homeowners/renters insurance policy.

I agree to indemnify Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve from and against all liability, claims, demands, damages, judgments and costs for or arising from the personal injury of myself or damage to my property suffered or sustained by me, my family, friends, acquaintances, and/or others as a direct or indirect result of the my participation as a foster home; even if such personal injury or property damage arises out of the negligence of Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve (or any of its interns, volunteers or officers).

I agree that I will not make any claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve (or any of its interns, volunteers or officers) for any personal injury or property damage, whatever the cause or place of the event giving rise to the claim, which I, my family, friends, acquaintances, and/or others may suffer or sustain as a result of or in connection with my participation as a foster home.

I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability is intended to be binding on me and all members of the household where the foster pet resides.
