Teacher Appreciation Week is happening across the nation from May 4-8, 2026. Help us celebrate by recognizing your favorite teacher!

By completing this form, you will have an opportunity to be featured on social media and on our website.  Responses will be checked using a comprehensive AI detector and those with high rates will be automatically disqualified.  All qualifying responses will be evaluated by a minimum of two readers using a blind scoring process. The top 3 entries will be awarded as follows:

• First Place: $100 Check
• Second Place: $50 Check
• Third Place: $25 Check

Photography/Video Release Form

I hereby grant permission to Rancho Santiago Community College District to use my likeness for still and/or video photography in its promotional materials and publicity efforts. I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail pieces, electronic media (including video, CDROM, Internet/WWW), or other forms of promotion without further consideration. I acknowledge the college district’s right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. 

I also understand that if and when my image is posted on a college/district website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, I agree that no claims can be made against the colleges, the college district, or any of its representatives. 

Rancho Santiago Community College District understands and agrees that although it has received permission to use a photograph, the district is under no obligation to use any
photograph it owns under its jurisdiction.

My name may be used in identifying the photo at time of publication.
