  • This application is for prospective students wishing to apply for a scholarship for study at The Learning Connexion either onsite or via Distance Delivery. It is intended for people who have not previously studied at The Learning Connexion, and have been impacted by the COVID-19 lockdown, and are hoping to "reinvent" their career or creative path in some way.

    All submissions are reviewed by The Learning Connexion and funding awarded is awarded at his discretion.

  • What we are looking for is a description of how we can "REINVENT your Future" by offering you the opportunity to study creativity with The Learning Connexion. This is a needs-based scholarship that comprises full or partial programme fees given to a learner who would otherwise be significantly disadvantaged in accessing education.

    Your statement must include, but not neccesarily limited to:

    • What are the contributing factors/circumstances that have prevented you from enrolling in the past?
    • How this scholarship will benefit you?
    • Why do you want to study creativity?

    We are looking for examples of your creativity. This could be a drawing, painting, sculpture, photograph, prints, collage, garden design, food art, etc. The possibilities are endless! (These images will not be judged on artistic merit)

    Our scholarship forms allow applicants to provide additional evidence in the form of three supporting images per submission. While these images are not required they do add merit to the submission and will be considered as part of your application. Images may include (but are not limited to);

    Developmental drawings or sketches, trial/sample works that have relevance to the finished piece or images showing stages of progression through the work.
