TPYSA – FORTNITE ZONE WARS COMPETITION

Competition Structure and Requirements

Fortnite Zone Wars operates with a lobby of 18 people per group. Each participant will be given a game time for the competition and will be notified prior to the commencement of the competition. Each group of participants along with the TPYSA Host Andre, will go head to head in 10 rounds of Zone Wars on Fortnite. Points will be awarded based on the following categories:

1.     Kill Count – 10pts per kill 

2.     Winning the Round – 25pts per round

Competitive Game Integrity – Rules / Players Code of Conduct

1.     Play for enjoyment. Although this is a competition, enjoy yourself while competing.

2.     Play by the rules that have been set out

3.     Be responsible for your behaviour

The TPYSA will not condone any violence, foul language and bad sportsmanship within the competition.

There will be warnings issued for misconduct.

1.     First Warning – You will lose 5 points

2.     Second Warning - You will lose 10 points

3.     Third Warning – You will be disqualified from the competition

There should be ONE person per gamertag playing at all times.

1.     For an example there should not be more than one person playing on a single account at one time.

2.     Whoever owns the account given on the application form, needs to be playing during the competition.

The TPYSA will not condone game sabotaging, trolling, spamming or teaming.

This means that if you die during one round, you cannot help other players, sabotage the game and team with other players as you spectate. These behaviours will not be tolerated, and you will be immediately disqualified from the competition.

The Tom Price Youth Support Association will be exempt from all responsibility whatsoever regarding parental permissions which is based on the following assumptions:

That as a gaming console owner or through having an existing gaming tag, it is assumed that you have online gaming experience and possess legal parental or guardian consent to play online and participate in this competition.
