For Quota Club Activities between September 30, 2019 and April 30, 2020
Dear Club Presidents,
Your leadership and sacrifice over the past year has encouraged so many and has helped to change the lives of tens of thousands of women, children, the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and people with speech and hearing difficulties. Thank you for everything you have done to support your club members and your community.
Normally, we ask Quota club presidents to complete an annual report form to not only report your club’s successes during “your” year as president, but to provide feedback to help us operate more effectively in the future.
This Quota year we have been faced with multiple challenges including not only the decision to dissolve Quota’s international structure at the end of this fiscal year, but the COVID-19 virus which has disrupted lives in every Quota country. An end to the pandemic is not in sight.
Therefore, we are asking club presidents to complete this special final club president’s form on or before June 1, 2020. We recognize that clubs will not be conducting in-person meetings or service or fundraising projects during this pandemic period. However, we know that you have many successes to report prior to onset of the virus.
Will you kindly answer questions regarding your club’s activities during this shortened Quota year. Questions noted with a red asterisk must be answered.
After clicking "SUBMIT" at the conclusion of the form, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided below from staff@quota.org containing:
1) An "EDIT RESPONSE" button, should you need to edit your answers after submitting them.
2) A PDF of your responses attached, should you want to send it to anyone in your club or region.
