Apricot Power sells products as food supplements only, without any warranty or representation of purpose or medicinal health benefits or any health value expressed or implied. Our intention is that you will sell our products as food supplements as well. We cannot take any responsibility for claims made or implied by you or any member of your staff.

Apricot Power requires all retailers to abide by our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is the practice whereby retailers agree to maintain a minimum sale price on products, even after discounting. It is our unilateral policy to allow 24 hours for retailers whose advertising of Apricot Power products displays a price lower than the MAP to bring advertising into compliance or Apricot Power will restrict the account for a period of 90 days for the product in question. Subsequent violations of MAP policy may result in account suspension for 6+ months. This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising media including but not limited to: mailings, catalogs, Internet, and other electronic networks.

Apricot Power does not permit any new sellers on Amazon or eBay without written permission. Any sellers found selling on Amazon or eBay will have their account suspended and may face other consquences due to unlawfully using Apricot Power's Intellectual Property.

All retailers must first be approved by Apricot Power prior to being listed on our Online Retailer Listing. A copy of your Business License and Tax Resale Certificate must be recived by Apricot Power via email (customerservice@apricotpower.com) or fax (707) 413-6556 in order to waive sales tax on all orders.

Apricot Power does not permit retailers to drop ship our products. Drop shipping of our products is explicitly prohibited and if you are looking to dropship our products we recommend that you check out our 'Affiliate Program' as it may be a better fit.

Wholesale product returns and refund policy: Wholesale accounts have up to 6 months to return product. Product returned within 3 months is eligible for a full cash refund. Product returned after 6 months is only eligible for account credit.

$300+ orders recieve FREE shipping (Domestic only under 70lbs. Excludes: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands).
