The Utility Assistance Program is a voluntary program that helps low-income individuals and families with their utility bills. We place 100 percent of your donation into a fund that is exclusively used for low-income utility assistance in Spanish Fork.

You can make a one-time donation below.

If you would like to donate a small amount monthly you can enroll in our utility bill roundup program.

The program is administered by Community Action Services and Food Bank located in Provo.
