Please fill out the appropriate fields below and hit submit, You will be taken to PayPal where you can pay by credit card or use your PayPal account. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card. All fees are in Canadian Dollars.

Notes:

1. $150 -Participant includes Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, Car Show and All Driving events

2. $90 - Enthusiast includes Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, Navigator only in car events

3. $30 - Additional Driver adds Registered Enthusiast as second Driver of Participant's car for Autocross and Funkhana

4. $30 - Additional Car adds 2nd car to Car Show and All Driving events for Registered Participant

5. $35 - Child is defined as 15 and under and includes Goody Bag, Awards Banquet

Do you need to park a car trailer? There is NO trailer parking at the hotel. We have some limited parking for car trailers near by. RV trailers and motor home parking is not permitted at hotel or at car trailer parking area. See website for RV park suggestions.

Comments or Food Allergies - we will work with the banquet facility to accommodate your requirements the best we can.
The undersigned desiring to enter and participate in the Mini Meet West 2021 event does hereby tender his/her application. In consideration of acceptance by the MMW2021 Committee of this application, the undersigned does hereby: 1) Release, indemnify and hold harmless the MMW2021 committee , Victoria Minis Car Club Association, the Vancouver Mini Club, event sponsors, their respective staffs, officers, servants, directors, employees, volunteers and agents against any and all claims for loss, injury or damagesto person or property arising out of said event. 2) Release all other participants from any and all liability arising out of said event. 3) Give permission to use any information, photographs, or video information obtained prior to and at event for publication, promotional, advertising or video filming. The event is rain or shine - NO REFUNDS (unless event cancelled due to government restrictions)
