Please complete this form to let us know how you would like your tickets handled for any upcoming performance that has been affected by COVID-19 related cancellation or postponement. Due to a limited staff and high volume, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of your request. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your request has been completed. If you have any questions, email us at tickets@lakewood.org. This is the fastest way to get a response.

You can donate your tickets back to the organization, request a LCC household credit that you can use toward any upcoming performance or subscription options, or request a refund. For performances that have been postponed (The Drowsy Chaperone, ETHEL's Documerica and Lao Tizer Quartet featuring Nelson Rangell), you can also request that your tickets be held until the new performance dates are announced, at which time we will issue you new tickets to the rescheduled performance.
