During this challenging time of COVID-19 where we cannot connect in person, the Stroum JCC wants to provide a virtual space for parents of teenagers to come together to decompress from family stresses and to feel more connected to themselves and learn how to deal with stressful situations. Parents can participate to the extent they feel comfortable. No one has to share anything they don’t want to.
Please register for this free event. You will receive a link for the Zoom call in the morning of the session. Please reach out to Jessica with any questions at JessicaO@sjcc.org.
