GloryBee does its best to provide all customers with thriving, healthy honey bees to begin their beekeeping season. However, once the bees leave our facility, we do not assume responsibility for the survival of your bees. GloryBee does not guarantee the successful establishment of a colony, or hiving of the packaged bees or NUC box. GloryBee is not responsible for the survival or productivity of the hive. We do not guarantee that a queen(s) will be successfully introduced to, or will be accepted by, your hive. GloryBee is not responsible for queen survival in your hive, or for the condition or productivity of your hive after introduction. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for purchasing bees from us.
Queen dead upon receipt:
If the package arrives with a dead queen, go ahead and hive the package and place the dead queen in the hive to hold the bees. We will replace your queen at no additional charge. Please keep the dead queen with the bees until the replacement queen is received, as her pheromones will keep the bees from possibly swarming and leaving the hive.
More than 2 inches of dead bees:
When we distribute the bees we look closely at the activity in each package. However, if there are more than 2 inches of dead bees spread across the bottom of your bee package or NUC box, please contact our Customer Service Team for options. 800-456-7923
By signing this disclaimer you acknowledge that you will not attempt to hold GloryBee responsible for whatever may happen to the bee package after it leaves our premises, or for the establishment and survival of the hive created from the purchased bee package.
