Please use this form to apply for a temporary library card, valid only during the time the library is closed for the COVID-19 crisis.
When we reopen, you will need to visit the library with proof of address to change your card into a permanent one.
Even with a temporary card, you must live in the Mahomet Public Library District (see map here) If you are a Mahomet-Seymour student and you do not live in our district, please contact John Howard at Director@MahometPublicLibrary.org to see if he can find a way to assist you.
At this time, we are setting temporary card expiration dates for June 1, 2020. We will revisit this if we are closed longer.
