During this challenging time of COVID-19 where we cannot connect in person, the Stroum JCC wants to provide a virtual space for teens to feel more connected to themselves and learn how to deal with stressful situations. Teenage years can be full of demands that cause anxiety, stress, depression, and emotional ups and downs. For many teens struggling with a sense of self, these challenges can lead to feelings of disconnection or isolation at times. In this class, teens can participate to the extent they feel comfortable. No one has to share anything they don’t want to.
Please register for this free event. You will receive a link for the Zoom call in the morning of the session. Please reach out to Jessica with any questions at JessicaO@sjcc.org.
