Upon approval, the homeowner agrees the new fence will not exceed 72-inches (6-feet)Exception: All lots directly adjoining the railroad tracks and/or Watterson Expressway, privacy fence shall not exceed 96-inches (8-feet).
Upon approval, the homeowner agrees that fence poles will be installed on the inside of the fence.
Upon approval permits are valid for a period of sixty (60) days and may be renewed for an additional 60 days. If no construction has started in 120 days a new permit must be obtained.
If the application is not approved a request for a variance may be presented to the Woodlawn Park City Council at its regularly scheduled meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00pm.
