Congratulations!! You are taking the first step towards giving yourself the hair you've always dreamed of! All NEW clients must fill out this form. This form is for informational purposes only, in no-way does it obligate either party. Each guest will have different goals and a different hair journey, therefore I will require an in-person meeting to create our final plan. I will reach out via text or email to get that scheduled with you. Please take the pictures outside (best results) or inside in the best lighting you can find. I do understand that lighting can be situational so just do your best. :)

These pictures are for informational purposes only. They will help to give me an idea of your hair before we move on to scheduling our in-person appointment. (if for any reason you can't send pics, text me to explain)

I would also like any INSPIRATION photos you may have. I like to make it clear that photos are used for inspiration and not meant to replicate. However, they can be very helpful to let me know what you are looking for in your final look.
