Thank you for choosing The Whole Budget, LLC’s Coaching Team as a part of your financial plan. We look forward to serving and ask that you review the information below to help guide our relationship.
Scheduling Appointments: Coaching appointments are scheduled within our office hours of 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST, but individual coaches’ times may also vary. We understand that your time and resources are extremely valuable, and in our efforts to serve you best, we ask that you make the necessary sacrifices and commitments to meet during the times listed above. Appointments can be conducted over the phone or over the web (i.e. Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.).
Coaching Service: We assume the responsibility of understanding/evaluating your current needs, goals and resources in order to develop a strategy to meet your objectives. However, in order to make your plan work, we expect that you will come prepared, take full responsibility for your plan and its implementation, and contact us when you need additional advice and direction.
Paperwork: You are asked to complete preliminary paperwork to better prepare your coach. We ask that these forms be filled out to the very best of your knowledge and ability, prior to your scheduled appointment. You assume all responsibility for providing accurate and complete materials, documentation, and facts upon which our coaching may be based.
Spousal Participation: If you are married, both spouses should participate in all coaching sessions.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Any unused sessions WILL NOT be refunded. We promise you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it. _____ _____
Rescheduling Appointments: Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. Any appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours advanced notice will result in a $50 no show fee. Should there be any extenuating circumstances (i.e. sickness, family emergency), the fee will be waived.
Confidentiality Policy: We will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you have provided to us or that we generate (within The Whole Budget, LLC). We will reveal such matters only upon receipt of a written authorization and clear, verifiable instructions from you telling us exactly what we may reveal.
