You must use the email username you finished the course with to register. MVA checks last name (as it appears on your id/license), birthdate, and license/ID number to update your records, so please enter them correctly or we won't be able to report your completion to MVA.

I agree to pay the $50 fee on my credit card. This charge should appear on your credit card statement as ! Cheap DIP driver improvement program. If there are any problems with the payment, text Scott at 443 672-8194.

I understand that failing to get at least 16 out of 20 correct on the final quiz necessitates a retest and a $25 additional fee per retest. You must wait at least until the next day to retest.

I also agree that ! Cheap DIP allows one free reschedule for your final quiz. We charge $10 to reschedule each time after your free rescheduled appointment date. 

I have not furnished the Motor Vehicle Administration letter of assignment to the driver improvement program provider; and

I was assigned by the Motor Vehicle Administration to participate in the driver improvement program, received a letter of assignment, but am unable to produce the letter at this time; or

I am participating in the driver improvement program by my own choice; 

Electronic certification of completion of this program is based solely on the accuracy of the information I provided to the driver improvement program provider on this form; and

I have been provided a copy of the Driver Improvement Program Participant Roles and Responsibilities; and 

I fully understand my responsibility in assuring that my driving record properly reflects my completion of this program.

I agree that the final quiz will be given online. MVA requires that someone from our office watch you while you take it. We use Google Meet for the testing and count on your ability to set it up in advance and be able to use it easily.

The final quiz should be taken in a quiet place. No assistance (including notes) is allowed and you agree that if the proctor believes the exam is not being taken per these rules, ! Cheap DIP will end the process and refund your fee and you must find another program.

What to do after you hit the submit button
Please sign into mvadip.com just before your appointment time, then join the Google Meet meeting with the link provided. 

At that time access to the test will be granted. MVA requires that we watch you while taking the test, so please enable your video and microphone before joining the meeting. We mute user mics and you can turn down your sounds to minimize any other distractions. 

Sign in to mvadip.com at any time to review key parts of the course. You need at least 16 out of 20 correct to pass. Please pass the first time so we do not have to charge you the $25 retest fee! 

After you pass, we will notify MVA at the end of the day that you have successfully completed the course. We will also email you a certificate of completion. If you do not receive your certificate, do not assume you are complete. 

Any further action needed (e.g. suspensions and revocations) can be cleared up through MVA or a tag and title (We like Maria's Tag & Title). Contact MVA if you have any questions about what your status is.
