Due to operational restraints, we are temporarily unable to process any return collections.

United Arab Emirates – Return to stores are accepted across all our stores.

Saudi Arabia – Return to stores are accepted across all our stores.

Kuwait & Bahrain – We are currently not accepting returns due to official restraints.

Orders can be tracked under “My Orders” section in your account. Please click on the tracking number to track your orders. You can also track orders on the courier’s website.

Currently, we don’t have exchange as an option, however, you can return an item/order for a refund & place a new order.

Store Returns

You get an extra 14 days for in store returns. There is no need to contact further, just go to store with your receipt and return

REFUNDS

Once your returns are received in our warehouse, we’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account in 4-15 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you can opt either for a transfer to your bank account, or a Return Voucher.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Due to ongoing preventive restrictions, we are not accepting click & collect orders.

If you have an existing Click & Collect, you may still have an option to either have the order home delivered by giving us complete address in English below. Alternatively you may cancel the order to receive a full refund.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Currently there are several restrictions in place for Cash on Delivery orders due to the current Coronavirus crisis. The option for Cash on Delivery may not be available for your order. We encourage you please use a pre-paid payment method for your order such as a Debit or a Credit Card, Paypal etc.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Canceling an Order

Canceling an order is only possible if the order has not been shipped as yet. We would collect your request here, and it will be reviewed and processed by our team. Please note that currently our team is dealing with very high number of requests and this may take few days for the request to be processed.

In in the mean time you receive your order, you can refuse to accept the delivery of order to our courier, and the money will be automatically refunded when the order is received back.

Returning a Purchase made in-store

Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak, several of our stores may be closed. If you want to return an item/order purchased directly through one of our stores, please note you will have 14 additional days to return once the stores are reopened.
