This request form will now be submitted directly to our office for approval first on all dates, programming details, and publicity. Once approved, you will be notified and your request will be added to the Temple calender and/or forwarded to our Graphic Designer (if applicable). Thank you for your patience and understanding!
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION . . .
The following are all considerations to keep in mind when submitting your design & publicity request(s):
Scheduling & Design: Please be mindful that quality design, writing and/or editing takes time. We ask that you submit your design request 6-8 weeks in advance of your "Due By" date, to allow sufficient time for scheduling your request(s) into the design project timeline, whereby also allowing for other projects in queue to be completed on time.
Copyediting & Proofing: All materials are edited and proofed internally to comply with OST design & publicity standards and guidelines.
Approvals: In addition to your proofing and approval of design(s), you may also need approvals from Temple leaders (Clergy, Executive Director, Temple President, Board, Committees, etc.).
