Use the upload box below to upload your Bill of Sale of your tank. If you don't have a Bill of Sale we require you to upload a photo of your most recent previous delivery ticket. (We will be looking for proof of ownership on the ticket.) *

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject any proof of ownership for any reason. Using an Affidavid may also slow down your delivery by a few days while we review your submission.
