If License is granted I understand that I am liable for and agree to pay a royalty of $0.03 (three cents) per official cardboard target (USPSA and IPSC) produced and $0.01 (one cent) per paper practice target. I agree to pay said royalties upon production, and make full and accurate disclosure of the same. I will report on a QUARTERLY basis the type and amount of targets produced. In order to comply with this agreement, I extend permission to USPSA to request information. I further request my suppliers provide said information to USPSA regarding the above named items. I agree to submit three samples of the items upon production and from each subsequent and separate production run to assure that standards and high quality are met.

I certify that I have full authority to sign for the company and do agree to the terms and conditions herein for the company and myself. An electronic copy of this agreement shall have full force and effect as though it were the original thereof.
