What is the plan for excess funds, as the membership grows?
*A more structured, paid, advisory panel of BIPOC evaluators, researchers, and data nerds *A parallel set of resources for BIPOC evaluators, researchers, and data nerds of color who want to prioritize antiracism in a POC-only space, including funds to support the organization and facilitation efforts of the POC coordinator *BIPOC-led antiracism initiatives or projects *Subsidize Heather’s time in leadership positions in AWARE and WP4BL - which strengthens her capacity and skills to facilitate this community
