STEP 1:

Please make sure you have done the necessary payment to the school before you continue with your gown registration. Students who failed to do the above will not be allowed to rent the graduation gown.

STEP 2:

Please proceed to register for gown rental and photo packages (if any). You will receive an auto generated email once the form has been successfully submitted.

STEP 3:

If you do not receive any confirmation within 5 working days, please check your junk and spam folder first.

I have also been advised to contact the relevant departments should I have any questions or concern on the following items.I am aware that all graduands have to be dressed in their full academic regalia before they can be registered for entry.I am aware that photographs and videos will be taken throughout the event for news and various publicity purposes.No external photographer is allowed in the ballroom.I am aware that packages above are based on promotion price at a limited time period.

1) Your qualification before proceeding with booking the time slot for your gown collection. If you are unable to select a specific date or timing within the stated period, that particular timing is already fully booked.

2) Any changes in date or timing will be considered as Walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us.

Gown Pickup Date (25th July 2022, Monday to 29th July 2022, Friday)
Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Students who could not adhere to the dates given, please choose the special request option and email us at enquiry@creativedistrict.com.sg with flight ticket details. We will prepare the academic dress accordingly and it can be collected on Graduation Day at the convocation venue (Overseas Students only).
Gown Collection Time
Please note that group booking is not encouraged especially due to the current COVID-19 situation. Do also check your email/junk mail within 5 workings day to confirm the time slot availability. You may contact us 5 days later if you do not receive a reply.
Gown Return Date (26th- 28th June 2023)*
LATE RETURNING: The last day of gown return will be on 28th June 2023. There will be a surcharge of $50.00 per day if you are late for return. Stage & group photos will be ready for collection from 26th June 2023 2pm onwards.

Rental of academic gown is subjected to the following conditions:

1. You are required to return items in good condition within the due date stated on the receipt. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting your deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if the gown is not returned. Please note that this is the property of the company, and legal actions will be taken for any unreturned gown.

2. You will be charged for the value of any academic dress not returned and will be liable for debt collection costs. An academic dress set (or any of its components) is considered as good condition if it satisfies the following: (a) No cuttings/alterations of any kinds on any components of the academic dress set (b) No burns, tears, rips and run in fabric or holes on velvet or satin (c) No scotch-tape marks, discolourations or irremovable stains (d) No damage on mortar board or missing buttons/tassel.

3. You are required to collect the gown in person for fitting. Academic dress can be returned by another party with written consent from hirer or graduate together with Creative Distrcit invoice (CP).

4. All academic gowns have been sanitised. Only 1 time change is allowed for fitting.

5. We will provide you with a sanitizer during your gown return so that you can sanitise the full academic gown, gown bag and drop into a box.

6. No Academic dress to be brought overseas without prior arrangement with Creative District. Please note that this is the property of the company, and legal actions will be taken for any unreturned gown.
Authorization letters for collection or return on behalf:

1. If you are unable to collect or return personally, you may authorize a representative to collect or return on your behalf.

Authorisation letter must be printed or email to us if you are requesting someone to collect or return on behalf. If no proper document, we are not able to issue the gown or return the deposit accordingly.

2. Collection of Academic Dress : Graduands are encouraged to collect personally for a better fit. You would need to come to the studio to change any inaccurate sizes. You will be charged for additional S$20 for the dry clean and sanitize of the collected gowns.

Academic Dress Notes:

1. DEPOSIT: Deposit of academic dress will be fully refunded if academic dress is returned without any damages and within stipulated date.2. LATE RETURN: If academic dress is not returned on the stipulated date indicated in your receipt, it will be considered as delay and late charges is applicable @ $50 per day.3. DAMAGES: If any damages found on the academic dress upon gown return, you will be charged for the value of any academic dress items not returned or damaged and will be liable for debt collection costs, where applicable.4. COLLECTION: Collection of academic dress must be done by the graduands themselves to ensure the right fitting.5. FAILURE TO RETURN: Graduand’s particular will be forwarded to LSBF, and subsequently graduand will be contacted with reminder for returning of gown. Failure to return the robe will result in a penalty of S$250 per set and will be reported as theft. All legal fees will be accountable by the hirer.6. AUTHORISATION LETTER: Authorisation letter must be printed if you are requesting someone to return on behalf. If no proper document, we are not able to return the gown deposit accordingly.7. RENTAL: For those who did not attend the convocation, gown rental will still be available at our studio after the graduation period, prior to appointment made. Rental fees are based on normal charges, S$150 per day, with a S$200 refundable deposit. No Academic dress to be brought overseas without prior arrangement with Creative District and without a letter of consent from us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q1: I chose my timeslot, but I cannot make it on the day for collection, can I rearrange for another day?
A1: Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Please be reminded that the waiting period might take up to two hours depending on the crowd.

A3: Although you have made the appointment, we may not able to serve you promptly. We apologise for any delay due to the heavy traffic or any delay from the earlier appointment. We will do our best to serve you.

Q4: How long does a photography session take?
A4: As part of the Safe Management policy, each graduand is allocated a max. of 60 minutes for both individual and family shots.

Q5: Is there a makeup artist provided for the photo shoot?
A5: No, the Graduation Photography Package does not include a makeup artist. You may wish to put on your makeup before coming to the studio.

Q6: Will the gown be worn by multiple graduands?
A6: No, there will not be any repeat wear of the gown. The gown will only be worn by you and sent to the drycleaners.

Q7: Will there be any other school or university gowns provided for the photo taking session?
A7: Yes, any other school or university gowns can be provided without charges (subject to availability).

Q8: Where is the location for the gown collection & photo taking?
A8: The location is at 20 Jalan Kilang, ABM Building, #06-01, Singapore 159418.

Q9: Can I bring my own camera?
A9: We are sorry to inform you that the use of personal camera and photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.

Q11: What is our Normal operating hours?
