    STEP 1:

    Please proceed to register for gown rental and photo packages (if any). You will receive an auto generated email once the form has been successfully submitted.

    STEP 2:

    If you do not receive any confirmation within 5 working days, please check your junk and spam folder first.

  • PLEASE NOTE:

    UPDATED AS OF 3.10.2022

    For any last minute registration during the collection period. Please fill up the form and select any of the date between 12th and 13th October 2022. If there are no available timing anymore, please do fill up the rest of the form and walk in between 11am to 6pm for your gown collection.

    Please select the option based on your qualification before proceeding with booking the time slot for your gown collection. If you are unable to select a specific date or timing within the stated period, that particular timing is already fully booked.

    Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Overseas Students who could not adhere to the dates given, please choose the special request option and email us at enquiry@creativedistrict.com.sg with flight ticket details. We will prepare the academic dress accordingly and it can be collected on Graduation Day at the convocation venue (Overseas Students only).

     

    Kindly take note that group booking is not encouraged especially due to the current COVID-19 situation.

  • Please remember to select your preferred date and timing for your gown collection.

    Date and time slots is subjected to first come first serve basis.

  • Rental of academic gown is subjected to the following conditions:

     

    1. You are required to return items in good condition within the due date stated on the receipt. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting your deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if the gown is not returned. Please note that this is the property of the company. And legal actions will be taken for any unreturned gown.


    2. You will be charged for the value of any academic dress not returned and will be liable for debt collection costs. An academic dress set (or any of its components) is considered as good condition if it satisfies the following: (a) No cuttings/alterations of any kinds on any components of the academic dress set (b) No burns, tears, rips and run in fabric or holes on velvet or satin (c) No scotch-tape marks, discolourations or irremovable stains (d) No damage on mortar board or missing buttons/tassel.


    3. You are required to collect the gown in person for fitting. Academic dress can be returned by another party with written consent from hirer or graduate together with Creative Distrcit invoice (CP).

     

    4. All academic gowns have been sanitised. Only 1 time change is allowed for fitting.


    5. We will provide you with a sanitizer during your gown return so that you can sanitise the full academic gown, gown bag and drop into a box.

     

    6. No Academic dress to be brought overseas without prior arrangement with Creative District.

     

    7. Authorisation letter must be printed or email to us if you are requesting someone to return on behalf. If no proper document, we are not able to return the gown deposit accordingly.

  • Authorization letters collection on behalf:

    1. If you are unable to collect personally, you may authorize a representative to collect on your behalf by preparing and printing out an authorization letter.

    2. Collection of Academic Dress : Graduands are encouraged to collect personally for a better fit. You would need to come to the studio to change any inaccurate sizes. You will be charged for additional S$20 for the dry clean and sanitize of the collected gowns.

  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

     

    Q1: I chose my timeslot, but I cannot make it on the day for collection, can I rearrange for another day?
    A1: Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Please be reminded that the waiting period might take up to two hours depending on the crowd.

    Q2: How long does a photography session take?
    A2: As part of the Safe Management policy, each graduand is allocated a max. of 60 minutes for both individual and family shots.

    Q3: Is there a makeup artist provided for the photo shoot?
    A3: No, the Graduation Photography Package does not include a makeup artist. You may wish to put on your makeup before coming to the studio.

    Q4: Will the gown be worn by multiple graduands?
    A4: No, there will not be any repeat wear of the gown. The gown will only be worn by you and sent to the drycleaners.

    Q5: Will there be any other school or university gowns provided for the photo taking session?
    A5: Yes, any other school or university gowns can be provided without charges (subject to availability).

    Q6: Where is the location for the photo taking?
    A6: The location is at 20 Jalan Kilang, ABM Building, #06-01, Singapore 159418.

    Q7: Can I bring my own camera?
    A7: We are sorry to inform you that the use of personal camera and photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.
