    STEP 1:

    Please ensure you have made the necessary payment to the school before you continue with your gown registration. Students who failed to do so will not be allowed to rent the graduation gown.

    STEP 2:

    Please proceed to register for gown rental and photo packages (if any). You will receive an auto-generated email once the form has been successfully submitted.

    STEP 3:

    Please check your junk or spam folder in case you have not received your confirmation email within 5 working days.

    STEP 4:

  • NOTE:

    Please make your selection based on:

    1) Your qualification before booking the time slot for your gown collection. If you are unable to select a specific date or timing, that particular slot is already fully booked.

    2) Any changes in date or time will be considered as a walk-in without prior appointment. Please note that there could be a longer waiting time for walk-in collection, as priority is given to guests with valid appointments.

    For the safety of your health against risks posed by Covid-19, group bookings are not encouraged.

  • Please remember to select your preferred date and timing for your gown collection.

    Date and time slots is subjected to first come first serve basis.

  • Rental of academic gown is subject to the following conditions:

    1. You are required to return items in good condition within the due date stated on the receipt. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting your deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if the gown is not returned. Please note that this is the property of the company, and legal actions will be taken for any unreturned gown.

    2. You will be charged for the value of any academic dress not returned and will be liable for debt collection costs. An academic dress set (or any of its components) is considered as good condition if it satisfies the following: (a) No cuttings/alterations of any kinds on any components of the academic dress set (b) No burns, tears, rips and run in fabric or holes on velvet or satin (c) No scotch-tape marks, discolourations or irremovable stains (d) No damage on mortar board or missing buttons/tassel. Should the academic regalia be damaged, sewn or not returned by graduates, Creative District has the right to forfeit the deposit with appropriate charges.

    3. You are required to collect the gown in person for fitting. Academic dress can be returned by another party with written consent from hirer or graduate together with Creative District invoice (CP).

    4. All academic gown has been sanitised before and after. Only 1 time change is allowed for fitting.

    5. We will provide you with a sanitiser during your gown return so that you can sanitise the full academic gown, gown bag and drop into a box.

    6. No Academic dress to be brought overseas without prior arrangement with Creative District.

  • Authorisation letters for collection or return on behalf:

    1. If you are unable to collect or return personally, you may authorise a representative to collect or return on your behalf.

    Authorisation letter must be printed or email to us if you are appointing someone to collect or return on your behalf. We are not able to issue the gown or return the deposit accordingly in the absence of such documentation.

    2. Collection of Academic Dress: Graduands are encouraged to collect personally to ensure accurate fitting and to prevent the inconvenience of travelling to the studio in the event of inaccurate sizing. You will be charged for additional S$20 for the dry cleaning and sanitising of the collected gowns.

  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

     

    Q1: I chose my timeslot, but I cannot make it on the day for collection, can I rearrange for another day?
    A1: Any changes in date or time will be considered as walk-in without prior appointment. Please note that there could be a longer waiting time for walk-in collection, as priority is given to guests with valid appointments. Please be reminded that the waiting period might take up to two hours depending on the crowd.

    Non-peak hours : 2pm - 5pm

    Peak hours : 12pm - 2pm, and 5pm-7pm

    Q2: Gown collection Timing:

    A2: 12.00pm to 8.30pm

    Q3: Appointment being scheduled

    A3: Although you have made the appointment, we may not able to serve you promptly. We apologise for any delays that may be caused due to the heavy traffic or from the earlier appointments. We will do our best to serve you.

    Q4: How long does a photography session take?

    A4: As part of the Safe Management policy, each graduand is allocated a max. of 60 minutes for both individual and family shots

    Q5: Is there a makeup artist provided for the photo shoot?
    A5: No, the Graduation Photography Package does not include a makeup artist. You may wish to put on your makeup before coming to the studio.

    Q6: Will the gown be worn by multiple graduands?
    A6: No, the gown will only be worn by you and sent to the drycleaners thereafter.

    Q7: Will there be any other school or university gowns provided for the photo taking session?
    A7: Yes, any other school or university gowns can be provided without charges (subject to availability).

    Q8: Where is the location for the gown collection & photo taking?
    A8: The location is at 20 Jalan Kilang, ABM Building, #06-01, Singapore 159418.

    Q9: Can I bring my own camera?
    A9: We are sorry to inform you that the use of personal camera and photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.

    Q11: What is our Normal operating hours?
    A11: Our operating hours is Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
