Cats are to be kept INDOORS at a private residence as a companion animal ONLY. . If the cat accidently escapes, you must notify Spencerville TNR if the cat has not returned with 24 hours

If the email and/or phone number and/or social media and/or address for Spencerville TNR is no longer operative, the prospective adopter will make good faith effort to locate and contact the foster parent or Spencerville TNR board member
