*A selection committee will review all vendor applications. Previous participation at Mayfest does not guarantee a spot in the coming year.

For 2025, you may request more than one booth location below as long as your menu is the same for all locations. If you would like multiple booths with different menus, you will need to complete a separate form for each menu offering. A notes box is included on this form in case you need to elaborate any details between multiple booths requested with the same menu. We will follow-up with any clarifying questions.

Two Vendor Parking Passes per booth are sufficient for my needs.I need more than two parking passes, each additional is at $50 each.

Mayfest will deduct 8.25% Texas State Sales Tax from gross proceeds
Mayfest will deduct POS merchant services fees from gross proceeds
65% payment to vendor will be based on this number
Texas State Sales Tax will be added back in to final payment

April 28 - April 30: Vendor Set Up
April 30: Final inspections by Mayfest and Fort Worth Fire Marshall
April 30: A vendor representative must be present for inspections
April 30: Mandatory Vendor Meeting at 1:00 PM
A $125 deposit is required within 14 days of contracting.

50 amp/240 volt circuits must have a 50A 125/250 twist lock male cord cap Hubbell catalog #CS6365C, and at least 50 feet of rubber cord minimum wire size 8/4
220 volt deep fryers or grills are not allowed in tents. Only propane to be used in tents.
