Al's Sporting Goods is currently seeking a qualified Bike Shop Technician to work in our Orem bike shop.

Qualities:
- Maintain and build strong customer relations
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for
- Create an enjoyable and satisfying experience in the repair shop by greeting customers, assessing their needs
- Must have strong organizational skillsHelpful to have retail sales experience
- Must have a sense of urgency, full of energy and positive attitude
- Must be comfortable with speaking in public
- Communication skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Mechanical Experience most helpful
- Share your love of the outdoors, fashion and product knowledge
- Ability to quickly process new merchandise
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to enforce maintenance and cleanliness of the store
- Keep the sales floor organized and tidy as shoppers come through the store
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays clean and is easy for customers to shop
Minimum of 18 hours a week
