Job Description:

Al's Sporting Goods is seeking a qualified Shop Manager who will oversee daily shop operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage shop staff, and promote Al's Sporting Goods development and growth. Al's Sporting Goods has been in business since 1921 and is Utah's oldest full-line sporting goods dealer. Al's works with the best brands in the industry including Trek, Specialized, Scott, Burton, Salomon, K2 and many more.

Qualities:
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Relevant work experience in the bike and/or winter sports industry
- Proficient bike mechanic skills
- Proficient ski/snowboard technician
- Experience managing staff or comparable experience in a leadership role
- Excellent organizational skills
Wage: D.O.E.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
