Use this form to request a payment from GTL Real Estate to reimburse for pet damage under the Pet Damage Guarantee. Before submitting a request, please review the following notes:

NOTE 1: Assistance animals (e.g., service animals, emotional support animals) are not pets and do not qualify under the Pet Damage Guarantee.

NOTE 2: Unapproved pets that were not listed on the lease do not qualify under the Pet Damage Guarantee.

NOTE 3: Only pet damage that exceeds the amount of the security deposit can be reimbursed.

NOTE 4: Reimbursement is not provided if we are not continuing to manage the property.

NOTE 5: Reimbursement is not provided if our approved vendors are not used.
