    Our butcher will use these instructions to process your order. "Grind" is the default for each section if you don't specify another option. You will need to choose "grind" for at least one section if you want a substantial amount of ground beef. If you order a whole, you may submit a different cut sheet for each 1/2. If you order a 1/4, slight adjustments to your requests may be necessary to equitably split the 1/2.
