Please use the form below to request your pet food. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You can pick up your order at the clinic. Note: Veterinary diets do require an examination of your pet. Your veterinarian may require a conversation with you regarding the health of your pet. If you have noticed any change in your pet, (i.e., weight gain/loss, eating behaviour, stools, skin/coat or any change) please advise in the additional comments below. This ensures that your pet is healthy and provides further confirmation that the diet is appropriate for your pet’s optimal health. IMPORTANT: Pet Food Refill Requests are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone, text or email.
You can also visit our Online Store to register for autoship, or purchase and have your pet food delivered to our clinic for pickup.
