If you are having challenges with your cut and/or color let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charges. This is for minor adjustments only. A 48 hour cancellation is required so I may fill the appointment time. In the event of cancellation within the 48 hour window, a 50% fee of booked service will be required before booking your next appointment.
