    FIRST OF ALL - HAVE YOU CREATED AN ACCOUNT? If not just click here

    The Web Site is split into areas and there are some parts which only certain Customer Groups can access - you will get this message "This Function Is Not Activated For Your User Group" if you are trying to access an area you are not authorised to do so.

    Click My Account to see what Customer Group you are in. If you think it's the wrong one please contact us - see below for Customer Group key

    If you have forgotten your Password click "Forgot Password" - please be aware the response might go to your Spam Folder. Alternatively you can contact us and we can set you a temporary password. The system will not allow you to set up another account using the same email address.

    If you are having trouble remembering your sign in details please contact us so we can check to see if you have any duplicate accounts or confirm which email address you need to use to sign in.     Customer Groups:

    • Volunteer: You have acces to the volunteer area of the web site
    • MEMBER: Active Waiting list: You are on the Waiting List to adopt
    • MEMBER: Adopted: You have adopted and have access to the Members Area
    • Bulldog Rescue Supporter: This is the default group
    • EXPIRED: Your waiting list registration has expired
    • BOUNCING: You are bouncing please contact us
    • CLOSED: Your account has been closed at your request

    If you are a long term member you may have created more than one account, we may need to remove some of the duplicates so if you can't get in please give us a shout.

    Your details are only kept on file for 1 year, after which the account is closed. If your account is showing "EXPIRED" you will need to re-register.

    We are really sorry if you were one of the unsuccessful applicants but with only 200 bulldogs becoming available each year it's inevitable that there will be many many disapointed people.

    If you no longer wish to stay our waiting list you don't need to do anything, your application will have already expired and been deleted from our system. If you wish to stay registered for a further 12 months please re-apply. Please then "Sign in for registered customers" to reactivate your existing account. It will continue to show "Closed" until reactivation has occured.

    Once you have adopted from us you are automatically removed from the waiting list as you now have full access to our Members Area instead - using your original sign in - but if you wish to adopt again you can re-register at any time. Don't forget families who have previously adopted from us get a free re-registration. Please "Sign in for registered customers" to reactivate your existing account. It will continue to show "Adopted" until reactivation has occured.

    In most cases accounts are activated within 24 hours but because it is done manually this can vary. You won't be able to sign in to the Members Area immediatley I'm afraid so please watch your email inbox for confirmation

    Did you have trouble making the payment?

    If you struggled to make the payment it is likley that your account isn't set up properly. Please contact us so we can fix that for you.

    Was your payment method in the same email address as you had used for the main form?

    Paypal for example will default the email to the one registered on your PayPal account and in that case you will need to sign in using your PayPal email address. You can change it once you are in by selecting the My Account link and then clicking on Manage personal data. If you have any difficulties please contact us.

    Has your account expired?

    We only keep you active for a year, if we have closed your account your Customer Group will show as "EXPIRED". You can re-register HERE or check your account status HERE
