SUGGESTIONS FOR STORY CREATION
You do not need to be a seasoned writer. Every PCV has stories to tell. Try to collect your ideas on one or two pages. Our curators will help you edit a final draft for posting on the Museum website.
Please address these questions in 600-700 words.
How did you first encounter the object?
In what ways did the object help you serve? How were you or the people around you changed by your service?
What was the object’s symbolic or practical cultural significance?
Describe an event or experience connected with your service—whether happy, sad, strange, or other.
