I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so that my stylist at Metropolis can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for (if not already booked), or to help my stylist best prepare for my first visit.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair, I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, density/length of my hair, my color history, as well as my time and monetary budget.

I understand that the initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $200 - $400 depending on my stylist and service choice and that most new client color appointments last 2 - 4 hours. This investment and timing does not apply to major color changes or fantasy hair color.

Maintenance color appointments will depend on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and are generally booked for less time with less monetary investment.
