As a student you understand that you will be required to sign an agreement that you are learning a technique in order to maintain your own hair and that you are not authorized to do Sisterlocks/Microlocks/Interlocs on anyone else’s hair (You must have at least 4 weeks of new growth for this course). You understand that unauthorized persons (including children) are NOT allowed in or apart this class. You also understand that this Consultant has the final decision on if you will be a good candidate for this class. You understand that your signature represents your agreement to the latest Updated Policies and Terms listed by The Loc Network (a copy can be provided upon request) FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES: You understand that the $20 deposit fee is non-refundable should you decide to cancel and remaining balance of $100 will be paid in full 24 hours prior to class. You understand that once this form is submitted, reviewed and approved you will be sent an invoice for $20 to secure your class registration.
