NOTE: This is Race registration and Sign on/Off

It is to be used on race day to sign-on and sign-off indicating you have entered or exited the water safely and to assist the RO in knowing who on the water is racing.

Sailing and on the water activity - your responsibilities for going afloat.

The responsibility for going afloat remains with the helm of the boat, or their parent/guardian if the helm is under 18 who is not an AI or DI. Sailing is, by its nature, an unpredicatable sport and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. By sailing at Dell Quay sailors agree and acknoledge that.

I accept that the safety of a boat and all persons on board and its entire management including insurance shall be the sole and inescapable responsibility of the owner/person in charge of the boat; I also accept that I am solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing and for wearing personal buoyancy and clothing adequate for the conditions.
