The Champion Center Assistance Funds Request
CCLV Assistance Funds are available and designated primarily to meet the food, shelter and clothing needs for the members, active attenders, and those who currently serve as a volunteer at the CCLV. To be eligible to receive assistance, at least one of following requirements must be verified: 1) Verification of attendance and serving (volunteering) from a CURRENT ministry leader within the last six (6) months. 2) Verified financial contributions within the last six (6) months. Before you begin the process, please that there is a $500 limit on assistance.
