THINGS TO CONSIDER: (Please read carefully)
- Once your request is submitted, you will immediately receive an automated response from info@horizoncinemas.com. If you do not see an email from us in your INBOX, it may have mistakenly been sent to your SPAM folder. Please add info@horizoncinemas.com to your trusted contacts and check your SPAM folder.
- Requests are reviewed by our event planning staff Monday-Friday only. We will respond to your request via email within two business days. Please do not call the theatre with event requests.
- Private event rental fees are based on the total number of guests (number of adults + number of children)
- Your private auditorium will be available 15 minutes prior to showtime
- Private event reservations are prepaid and non refundable
- Full payment is required in order to book an event
- Following the movie credits, your group must exit the auditorium immediately as we need to clean the auditorium for the next event (birthday parties at Fallston and Marley Station are allowed an extra 30 minutes for cake/cupcakes)
- Upon arrival, please see a staff member to ensure that members of your group are directed to the correct auditorium
- No outside food/drinks are allowed
- If you are interested in having your event catered, please submit your order to us at least one week in advance
- Helium filled balloons are not allowed
