Reiki Tummo Level 1 [Registration is closed]: Saturday, 13 Jun 2020 (9am to 5pm),

No pre-requisite, all are welcome!

Full fee for new participants: $150

Full Free for repeaters: $50

Reiki Tummo Level 2[Registration is closed]: Sunday, 14 Jun 2020 (9am to 5pm),

Pre-requisite: Attended Reiki Tummo Level 1 workshop

Reiki Tummo Level 3A: Saturday, 4 Jul 2020 (9am to 5pm),

Pre-requisite: Attended Reiki Tummo Level 2 workshop with a minimum of 21-day waiting period between Level 2 and Level 3A.

Meditation Workshop: Sunday, 5 Jul 2020 (9am to 12pm),

Pre-requisite: Attended Reiki Tummo Level 2 workshop.

Full fee for new participants: $290

Kundalini Workshop: Sunday, 5 Jul 2020 (1pm to 4pm),

Pre-requisite: Attended Reiki Tummo Level 2 workshop.

Admin Details
Technical Requirements
• You have access to computer and adequate internet connection to use
Zoom. If possible, 1 computer per participant. Please don’t use mobile
phone.
◦ Mic must be functioning adequately
◦ Camera must be functioning adequately

• You have a private and quiet room to join the workshop because there will
be partner/group practices, so please make sure there will be no noise and
nobody could enter in/out of the room during the workshop as that may
disturb others

• Ensure that you have assigned your duties/responsibilities to another
person so you are free during the workshop
• It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure of their internet
connection/electricity power etc. In the case of failure in power/internet
connection, no refunds will be made.

Payment
• Please do not make a transfer before receiving confirmation email from the
committee. The confirmation email will come with detailed payment instructions

• If we did not receive a full payment by the deadline, your registration will
be cancelled

• Non-Singapore residents: The fees stated in the form apply for residents residing in Singapore and would differ for Non-Singapore residents. We will send the appropriate fee with the confirmation email. We only accept payments via direct bank transfer or TransferWise.

As consideration for me being permitted to participate in the Program(s), I, the undersigned, hereby understand and agree to the following:
1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Workshops. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions, which would prevent my full participation in the Program(s). I agree to assume full responsibility that it is my own obligation to look after my own health during the Program(s) by maintaining a proper and healthy diet, taking sufficient rest and exercising adequately during the course of the Program(s).
2. I acknowledge and agree that all Program information provided in all formats including manuals, slides, videos, and websites are for general informational purposes only. Information provided is not intended or implied to serve as medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. I should not use this information to diagnose or treat any health issues, illnesses or diseases. The information is not providing any medical or therapeutic advice. If I have or suspect having a health or therapeutic problem, I should consult with my physician or other qualified health provider on any matters regarding my health and well-being.
