When you sign up, you are committing to attending the same session time each week to have continuity for the group as the weeks progress. Text message reminders will be sent the morning of or night before each session. Each online session will last between 50 mins and 1 hour. Sessions are koha/donation based - so whatever you think they are worth or works for you financially in this economic climate, I am grateful for. Bank account details are: 12-3010-0135068-01. Online links to the zoom meetings will be sent out prior to the first session.
