    Our goal for every project is to provide you with a first-class experience. In order to best ensure we do this we have some simple questions to understand your project and before we can schedule an appointment. Please note that we will always keep your information private.

  • 1. Will any of the items on this project be installed above 8’ high?
  • 2. Will any of the items on this project weigh more than 30 lbs?
  • 3. Will any of the items on this project be more than 6’ wide?
  • 4. Will any of the items on this project be mounted on concrete, steel or any other hard surface?
  • 5. Will any of the items on this project be mounted above a stairway?
  • 6. Will we be hanging any picture groupings or arrangements of 3 or more pictures? If so please include a brief description including an approximate quantity of pictures in the arrangement.

  • 8. Will this project require any special care or are any items on this project valued at more than $2,500?

  • 11. At the location of this project will there be readily available, free-parking within one block? Please understand that parking will be a reimbursable expense and if necessary we will use parking apps to find the best deal within a block (or two).
  • 12. At the location of this project will there be any special instructions that we need to be aware of including quiet-hours or service elevators or entrances that we are required to use?
  • 13. We can install pretty much anything that goes your walls including: shelves; hooks; planters; smoke alarms; macrame; window treatments; bike mounts; etc.. Do you have any other wall decor you will need installed while we are out?
  • 14. Our designers always have unmixed durabond spackle and artist's paint brushes with them to make quick and professional dustless repairs and touch-ups. Will you have any touch-up painting needs while we are out?
  • 15. Will we be mounting any flat-screen TVs on this project? If "No" then please advance to question 24. If "Yes" please continue...
  • 18. Do you have the TV mounts that are needed for this project or would you like us to provide them?
  • 19. If you would like us to provide the mount/s please specify what type of mount/s you would like. If you would like various mounts please clarify in the Comments below.
  • 20. Will cord-concealing be necessary for the TV/s being mounted. If this is part of your plan let us know what you are thinking here, does a cover work or wall grommets, or something else?
  • 21. Will your project require any soundbars or floating shelves beneath the TV/s to hold items such as cable boxes, DVRs, and game consoles and controllers?
  • 22. We will never knowingly come to your home feeling sick, however, as an extra precaution would you like us to wear a mask while we are out.
  • 23. We accept cash or Zelle, if this is a problem please let us know.
  • 24. We install shelves, hooks, planters, bike mounts, or most anything that is mounted to a wall. Are you in need of anything else that we can install for you while we are out?
