  • Personal information provided on this form may be collected, used, and disclosed for purposes related to admission, registration, research, student association activities, emergency contact, alumni development, and supporting St. Mark's College/Corpus Christi Colleges. Additionally, it may be used for other activities aligned with the Colleges’ mandate and related to being a member of the Colleges' community and attending a post-secondary institution in the province of British Columbia.

    By registering for the Catholic Core courses (SCRI 505, THEO 501, and THEO 530), and if I am awarded the Archbishop's Scholarship, I consent to the use and disclosure of my name, grades, and any reports related to my attendance at St. Mark’s College to the Catholic Independent Schools of the Archdiocese of Vancouver (CISVA) and The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver at 4885 St. John Paul II Way, Vancouver, BC V5Z 0G3.

    I understand that if I receive the Archbishop's Scholarship, I may use it for at least one Catholic Core course, and potentially all three courses, provided I meet the requirement of achieving a course grade of 70% or higher, and confirm with the College that there are ongoing funds available.
