Do you acknowledge we rarely offer breeding rights but it is an option under our discretion. Breeding Rights is NOT cheap and comes with a lot of responsibility. Those who I allow to go as breeders I do expect to keep tabs on to not only help you advance as a breeder but to help advance my line to create the best Pomsky possible

If you are shipping do you understand FULL payment plus shipping fees must be paid by the time your puppy is 6 weeks old in order to book flights and pay for the shipping items? We accept PayPal and Walmart Money-Grams

Once puppies are born I will post their 8 weeks go-home date. Will you be able to take this puppy home on or within 5 days of this date? *

If answered no to the above question, please know that we charge a Boarding Fee of $10/day after they are 8 weeks and 5 days old. We will not hold your puppy past 11 weeks under any circumstances as this runs into the critical bonding stage.

The deposit you have placed is $500. That is taken off the total at the end. If you are picking up you acknowledge that the remaining payment is due in CASH ONLY. No other form will be accepted under any circumstances.

Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Mid-Atlantic Pomskies. APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: Most of you already have deposits placed and spot in line secured. This application is for me to look back on so I have all information readily available when picks start. You understand the Waiting List Deposit you placed is Non-Refundable but is transferable to a future litter. I only decline applications if I feel the applicant is not a good fit for my dogs. If this happens I will contact you and discuss why you have been declined. YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be chosen in deposit order once puppies turn 3-4 weeks of age. If you choose a puppy, your $500 deposit will claim it as yours. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect to pass your deposit on which usually moves your deposit higher on the list for the next round. We will keep you FULLY updated on the official choosing date and time. Picking must be done online via videos and pictures. Skype is just fine also. VISITATION: Visits in person is not allowed under any circumstances. Parvo is real and we are not a zoo. Allowing everyone and anyone to come and visit not only puts your puppy at risk but also puts our parent dogs, puppies and future litters at risk of dying and ruining our whole program. This is for the safety is our dogs and your puppy. We will gladly go into more detail about this if you would like further. Along with the safety of our animals this is also for the safety of our family. Sadly the world isn't what it used to be. People are posing as buyers just to come back and steal their dogs, rob them and scary enough some breeders have lost their lives because of this. We have had to install motion cameras on every inch of our property because of situations that have happened in the past. Please understand how important our safety and our dog's safety is. If you have any questions about this please reach out. If you join the mentioned Facebook group you can see how involved we are with updates and showing you how the puppies and parent dogs are kept and raise. We also post live videos and offer skype and video chat with potential puppy parents to help ease any worries that might be on one's mind. GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. Please plan accordingly. CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. I will email you a shell contract to review once you choose your puppy. The official document will be signed at pick up or by 6 weeks if shipping. SPAY/NEUTER: Dogs not sold with breeding rights are required to be spay and neutered prior to 18 months of age. Proof is required and this part of the contract is enforceable. If you originally buy under pet price but then wish to have breeding rights we do allow that for an additional fee. Please contact us for further information. REGISTRATION PAPERS: Often we do register our litter with the DBR (Designer Breed Registry) but not all the time. There are many mixed and designer breed registries you are welcome to use if you'd like. All of our parent dogs are however registered with proof form reputable registries with a full pedigree so I can track lineage.
