Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are facing a health and economic crisis that affects all of us. More than ever, families and neighbors need to stick together.

We need immediate action from our landlords and local, state and federal elected leaders:
1) Cancel rent payments and suspend accrual of unpaid rent debt for the duration of the state of emergency, plus one month.
2) Respond to our safety concerns in our apartment buildings and at work during this COVID19 period.
3) Future rent should be dependent on income.
